And also, the sauce was really way too strong for the rest of the menu. This was a distinct Latin flavor, so black beans, rice and plaintains would be the way to go next time.
They looked nice, though.
I'm a decent or better cook. But, I'm making a concentrated effort to improve my skills and this blog is my record of my progress. A bonus is that it a became a handy on-line archive for recipes. Your input would be a great help, so please, comment away.
